• One registration per player — duplicate emails are blocked automatically.
• Have your gamertag/in-game username ready; it's how you'll be identified on the bracket.
• Registration can close at any time once capacity or the deadline is reached — don't wait.
• Use a valid Orange number and email — that's how we'll confirm your slot.

3. Match Flow

Before the Game:

• Players have 1 minute after setup to be seated and ready.
• Late arrival of more than 5 minutes after scheduled match time results in automatic forfeit (2–0 loss).

During the Game:

• Pause only during stoppage and for legitimate reasons (tactical change, injury, or technical issue).
• Each player may pause a maximum of 2 times per match.
• Half-time lasts 1 minute maximum.

After the Game:

• Both players must confirm and report the score to the referee or marshal.
• Disputes must be raised immediately after the game.
• Screenshots or video evidence are encouraged for disputed results.

5. Forfeits & Disconnections

• No Show: 5 minutes after scheduled time = automatic forfeit.
• Disconnection: if it occurs within the first 10 in-game minutes, the match is restarted with the same score.
• If it occurs after 10 minutes, the score at the time of disconnection stands unless the referee rules otherwise.
• Repeated disconnections or suspicious activity = possible disqualification.

6. Equipment & Fair Play

• Players may bring their own controllers, but all devices must be inspected by a referee before play.
• No controller mods, macros, or turbo functions allowed.
• No in-game exploits or glitch abuse — including time-wasting, goal exploits, or intentional disconnects.
• Any cheating, collusion, or score manipulation leads to immediate disqualification.
• Referee's decision is final in all disputes.
